Citron Limestone Paving (Weathered) is one of our top-selling paving options. The unique yellow and gold shades are a popular choice with gardeners and designers to create a bright and eye-catching driveway or garden. The Thai Yellow shades of golds and yellows will exude a summery and tropical aura in your home.

Our Citron Limestone Paving (Weathered) also referred to as Yellow Limestone are long-lasting, highly durable and are at an even consistency. We maintain such quality by calibrating all the stone paving to 22mm

We are able to guarantee the best quality paving at the best possible prices to our customers by having a direct communication with our trusted suppliers in India.

The Citron Limestone Paving and all the rest of our natural stones are formed in Indian stone quarries. Because of the way they are created, it leads to the paving to more porous, allowing moisture penetration through the surface. Due to the accumulated moisture the paving will gradually start to wear. Porcelain Paving, in comparison, is more capable of withstanding wear and tear as it's a manufactured paving.

Why Choose Weathered Paving

The Citron Limestone Paving, also named - is the perfect choice for those who want a more traditional and homely look for their home or garden.

When compared to Standard Paving, Weathered Paving exert a much more understated and minimalist vibe to your environment that look particularly great in old-fashioned properties and period properties. They add a calming and illumination aura to your home that will definitely impress your guests.

The Citron Paving adds a sense of antiquity and vintage to your surroundings. The light shades of gold will give your garden an edge and some shimmer to add some subtle drama to your home. The weathered is perfect for a sense of something worn and timeless.

When choosing a weathered option over a standard paving, the durability and integrity of the paving is not even in question and they are not affected at all. The choice is solely based on the buyer's personal choice.

Looking After Your Paving

Azpects Easy Seal is the best to make sure that the original colour of your paving is maintained for as long as possible, that is why we suggest purchasing the the Seal when you purchase your paving. As we have stated before, weathering will occur on your paving which will lead the colour to fade over time to lighter shades, adding further character to your paving. The reason why the original colours of these paving fades over time because of the way in which they were formed.

Jet Washing your paving every 6 months is the best practice. This will allow any dirt and debris that has accumulated to be washed away.

What is the Difference Between Limestone and Sandstone Paving?

There are several similarities between Limestone and Sandstone paving. The most obvious similarity between the two is that they are both naturally derived in Indian from stone quarries.

When comparing the two Limestone is the slightly cheaper option of the two, but do keep in mind that Limestone requires maintenance and upkeeping to keep it at its best form.

You must also remember that Limestone is the more brittle natural stone when compared to Sandstone. Therefore, even though Limestone is the more cost-effective option, it is something to be aware of. However, both Limestone and Sandstone have the same durability once they've been laid.

Over time Limestone will start to wear, irrespective of whether or not a Sealer has been used. And because of this some maintenance is required to ensure that the original colours stays in place for as long as possible. On the other hand, Sandstone Paving maintenance is much simpler.

Our Sandstone Paving is also available in sawn options, with our Limestone Paving being available in Square Edge. This allowed our customers to purchase the paving that suits their needs exactly.

Sealing is a must for Sandstone Paving in order to maintain the original colour. But Sandstone Paving does not require any such thing.

What is the Difference Between Limestone and Porcelain Paving?

There are certain differences between Limestone and Porcelain Paving. The most well known difference between the two is the fact that Limestone is formed naturally and Porcelain is man-made. But, because of the fact that Porcelain is manufactured they can be made to have various different colours and finishes.

If you want a sophisticated and modern look, you should choose Porcelain Paving, however if you prefer something thats slightly minimalist and aged then choose Limestone paving as it is the more appropriate choice.

Limestone will gradually wear over time, with the surface texture and colour slowly wearing away. On the other hand, there are no such occurrences concerning Porcelain Paving due to the fact that they are manufactured and are able to keep their original colour and finish for a long time.

Keep in mind that Limestone must be jet washed twice a year to keep it at its best whereas Porcelain Paving only needs a hose down twice a year to wash away any debris and dirt. Thereforec Porcelain Paving is the less-hassle option.
