The right jointing and sealing products make the difference between a patio that lasts a season and one that lasts a decade. We stock the full Azpects range, trusted by professional landscapers, covering everything from brush-in jointing compounds to grouts, primers, sealers and cleaners.
EASYJoint remains the UK favourite all-weather jointing compound for natural stone, while EASY Grout in Crema, Argent, Grafito and Blanco is formulated specifically for porcelain paving. Protect the finished job with EasySeal SSP stone sealer, revive faded slabs with the Enhancer and Sealer or Back to Black, and keep everything pristine with dedicated porcelain, patio and masonry cleaners.
All products are available for delivery or collection from our Ferndown, Bournemouth and Dorchester depots, with the range on display at the Christchurch Showroom.
EASYJoint is a permeable brush-in compound designed for natural stone, while EASY Grout is a flowing grout formulated for porcelain and ceramic paving. They are not interchangeable: EASY Grout can permanently discolour natural stone, so match the product to your paving type.
Do I need to prime porcelain slabs before laying?
Yes. Porcelain is non-porous, so a priming slurry should be applied to the back of each slab before it goes onto the mortar bed. This creates the bond that keeps slabs solid for the long term.
How much does EasySeal SSP cover?
A 5-litre container covers up to 40 square metres in a single coat, though porous stones absorb more than dense ones. For best results apply a second coat wet-on-wet before the first has dried.
When should I seal a newly laid patio?
Porcelain never needs sealing. For natural stone, sealing is optional in low-risk spots but recommended where staining is likely, such as under trees or around BBQ areas. Make sure the paving is clean and fully dry before applying any sealer.
Can I remove an old, tired sealer?
Yes, Azpects Easy Sealer Remover strips lacquer and polymer-based sealants from stone and concrete, covering approximately 7.5 square metres per 5 litres. Note that it is not suitable for impregnating sealers.
How soon can I use my paving after grouting or sealing?
EASY Grout typically hardens within a couple of hours depending on the weather. After sealing with EasySeal SSP, allow 8 hours before walking on the surface and 24 hours for a full cure.
My black limestone has faded, can it be restored?
Yes. Azpects EasySeal Back to Black rejuvenates faded black limestone, restoring its deep colour while adding stain and water resistance. One litre covers around 40 square metres in a single coat.
