Laying Porcelain Paving in your garden is not a simple process and for the best outcome, we would highly recommend you hire an experienced professional landscaper to install them properly. This will ensure that your paving will be laid properly and run no risk of the slabs coming loose.

A popular method for getting your base layer read is to utilise Building Sand or Washed Grit along with Scalpings. What this does is it creates a sub-base for the paving to be laid upon.

The best products we can recommend are the Azpects Easy Joint Select and the VillaFix Porcelain Grout. Both the Azpects and the Villafix Jointing are the best in the industry and will ensure that the compounds will stay secure for the foreseeable future. As a bonus, they also help with the prevention of weeds spreading throughout your patio.

Furthermore, if you so wish, you can lay the paving directly onto the gravel, enabling you to create a wide variety of artistic designs. One that is popular is the stone walkway design.

On the other hand, if you want to create an extra layer between the paving and the gravel, you also have the option to lay the slabs onto a pedestal and easy grid systems.
