How VubaMac is Installed In Your Garden

Step 1: Install the Structural Reinforcement Mesh
Begin by laying the VubaMac Structural Reinforcement Mesh across the desired area. Each roll covers 130sqm, available to purchase from Stone Zone. Be sure to calculate the total square meterage of your project before ordering to ensure full coverage.

Step 2: Apply the Urethane Binder Course
Next, install the Urethane Binder Course, made up of High-Strength Railway Ballast, UV Polyurethane Resin, and Binding Quartz. The required depth will depend on the surface use:

• 15mm – Pedestrian areas
• 30mm – Vehicular traffic
• 35mm – Commercial applications

Step 3: Add a Second Mesh Layer
Once the binder course is complete, lay down another reinforcement mesh. This extra layer enhances durability and ensures the system is tightly compacted.

Step 4: Finish with the Resin Bound Layer
