How to Buy Wessex® PAS 100 Compost

This Compost can be collected for free at one of our depots in Wimborne, Bournemouth, Christchurch or Dorchester, or our garden soils can be delivered nationally to anywhere in the UK. We also offer samples of our soil in-store.

We can also deliver our Compost as loose, tipped loads, as opposed to being in bags. Please call our friendly team on 01202 874207 if you require this service.

PLEASE NOTE: While every effort has been made to ensure our soils are free from contamination; there is always the chance that there may be small pieces of debris present. Please ensure you handle the soil with care when using it.

Our Compost is specifically formulated as a soil improver and is not intended for use as a standalone growing medium, for planting acid-loving species, or as a top dressing for turf.

Important Usage & Safety Guidelines:

✔ Not suitable as a potting or growing medium – Best used as a soil enhancer rather than a direct planting base.
✔ Avoid using for acid-loving plants – The compost’s pH level may not support species like rhododendrons, azaleas, and blueberries.
✔ Not recommended as a turf top dressing – Designed for soil improvement rather than direct application over lawns.
