Spacer Posts make it easy to achieve accurate 5mm joints between garden paving, whether you’re working with porcelain or natural stone. Say goodbye to guesswork and last-minute adjustments—these posts ensure consistent spacing from start to finish.

Suitable for all garden paving formats up to 35mm thick, they’re perfect for 20mm calibrated porcelain as well as natural stone options including sandstone, limestone, slate, and granite.

Azpects EASYTileAlign Anti-Friction Shields

This optional component of the EASYTileAlign system is recommended for polished surfaces such as porcelain paving or sawn natural stone. The Anti-Friction Shields protect tile surfaces from being scratched by the Levelling Caps.

Simply place a shield onto each Spacer Post before tightening the Levelling Cap.

Supplied in packs of 100, these shields are reusable, making them a practical and cost-effective addition to your installation kit.

For the best results, use Levelling Caps together with Anti-Friction Shields.

How to us EASYTileAlign

1) Once two paving slabs are laid side by side on your mortar bed, slide a Spacer Post into position at the slab edge. Depending on the slab size, you may need more than one per side.

2) Bed the slab into the mortar by sliding it gently back and forth and tapping with a rubber mallet to release any trapped air.

3) Next, spin the Levelling Cap (sold separately) onto the Spacer Post until it feels tight—this will bring the slabs perfectly level. If you’re working with a polished surface such as porcelain paving, fit an Anti-Friction Shield (also sold separately) before attaching the Levelling Cap to protect the surface from scratches.

4) Once the mortar has fully cured, remove the Levelling Caps by unscrewing them, then snap off the Spacer Posts in line with the joints. Both the Shields and Levelling Caps are reusable for future projects.
