Carthage Resin Kit

Each Carthage Resin Kit comes with four bags of premium VUBA coloured aggregates, cleverly combined for a light-coloured, delicate exterior surface.

To complete your installation, you’ll also need to purchase Binding Quartz and Resin Binder separately—both available online and in-store.

For accurate quantities, we recommend consulting your landscaper or professional installer.

The Nashville Resin Kit is a 2:1:1 mix of 2-5mm Athena Quartz, 1-3mm Ivory Marble and 2-5mm Ivory Marble.

1 Resin Kit Coverage:

Approximately 3 square metres with a depth of both 15mm and 18mm, which is the respective depth required for pathways and walkways and for traffic areas such as car parks and driveways.

What are Resin Bound Aggregates?

Resin bound aggregates are a high-performance surfacing solution made by blending different coloured, natural aggregates—such as gravel or crushed stone—with our clear, aliphatic polyurethane resin. This mixture is combined in a forced-action mixer and expertly hand-trowelled to create a smooth, seamless, and fully permeable surface.

Perfect for driveways, pathways, and patios, resin bound surfacing not only delivers a sleek, contemporary finish but also offers excellent drainage, making it both stylish and sustainable.

We sell two different types of Resin Binder; one which is moisture resistant and one which is UV-stable with a guarantee of up to 25 years when installed with a VUBA-approved installer. You can choose which one suits your project best depending on the climate conditions of the country you're installing in. As the UK isn't very humid, we would recommend our VUBA UV-stable binder.

In order to install Resin Bound Aggregates, along with one of our kits, you will also need to purchase the Binding Quartz. This is a translucent material which mixes together to create a surface which is shiny and aesthetically pleasing. This eliminates the 'sandy' or 'grainy' finish that can sometimes happen with Resin Bounded Aggregates.
