This newly added collection encompasses 4 elegant designs, that have been influenced by Italian, Indian and South American architecture that have been heavily comprised of marbled tiles and rustic slate Landscaping. 

You will be hard-pressed to find a range like the Sorano. One of its standout features is the fact that its skid-value rating increases when wet. While much other Porcelain Paving ranges become slightly slippery when wet, the exact opposite happens with the Sorano tiles, and their skid value goes up from R11 to R12 when they get wet! With R12 being the commercial safety rate, you can rest assured that when you install them poolside or in areas that get wet frequently.

As the name suggests, the Sorano Gris has been designed to have a light grey colour with subtle splashes of cream and darker grey to create a subtle marbled effect. The Gris slabs also turn a shade or two darker when wet giving you the impression that your slabs are two different colours. What this also ensures is that no matter the weather, you will have a fabulous-looking patio. 

The Blanca slabs are comprised of an extremely light shade of grey with splatterings of white and slightly darker grey to create a faded marbled effect. The Blanca Paving also looks beautiful when wet as the colours turn a few shades deeper. So no matter what the weather and season, your tiles will always look perfect.

Alongside the high skid value, these slabs are also able to repel stains and mildew because moisture is not able to seep through the surface of the tiles. Paving Coverage Information

The Sorano pavers have been specifically designed and developed to be in large-sized formats, making them ideal for a garden. Because these slabs are larger, it means that you will need fewer of them to create your patio or flooring, which leads to you needing fewer jointing compounds than you would for other Porcelain Paving ranges. This also means that you will need less than normal cement/mortar joints and therefore end up with vibrant and fresh paving slabs.

900 x 600 Paving

One of the most popular formats is a rectangular shape that comes as 900mm x 600mm.

One full crate of Porcelain Paving that contains 900mm x 600mm slabs will have a nominal coverage of 22.5m². There are a total of 42 paving slabs per crate, with 1.85 paving slabs per metre squared. This weighs 0.91 tonnes.

600 x 600 Paving

Another popular format is square-shaped paving tiles that come as a standard 600mm x 600mm size.

One full crate of Porcelain Paving that contains 600mm x 600mm slabs will have a nominal coverage of 22.5m². There are a total of 72 paving slabs per crate, with 2.78 paving slabs per metre squared. This weighs 1.05 tonnes.

900 x 200 Paving

To make your paving unique you can lay these long, rectangular slabs that resemble 'planks'.

One full crate of Porcelain Paving that contains 900mm x 200mm slabs will have a nominal coverage of 22.5m². There are a total of 126 paving slabs per crate, with 5.5 paving slabs per metre squared. This weighs 0.90 tonnes.

Should I Choose Porcelain Paving?

All these porcelain pavers have been blasted in a kiln at 1400 degrees. In doing so, we are ensuring that the tiles are durable and long-lasting as possible. Such strength is not common with Natural Sandstone which is more prone to deteriorate.

With Porcelain Paving, you have a cornucopia of designs and colours, so you are guaranteed to find the one that will fit your garden perfectly. And due to the nature of their manufacturing process, each slab has the same design so you need not worry about any strange variations. This is not always possible with Sandstone and Limestone as they are naturally derived so it would be impossible to guarantee consistency with colouring.
