We are extremely excited to launch the Stone Zone Loyalty Rewards App! Free to download NOW on iOS and Android!
We have designed this app to give something back to our most loyal customers who can now to gain points every time they make a purchase.
You will receive 1 point per £100 spent. These points can be converted to Stone Zone vouchers or Amazon vouchers.
Follow the instructions below and start gaining points straightaway!
1. Download the app, which is available on both iOS and Android devices.
2. Once downloaded you will be given the option to log-in or create an account.
3. To create an account, you just need to answer a few questions and provide some details.
4. Once you have input everything, you will be sent an email with your log-in details, card number and security code – make sure not to delete this email!
5. After logging in, the first screen will have your personal QR code that has been generated for you to use when you purchase anything both in-store and online.
6. When in-store just show our sales advisors your QR code and once it has been scanned, you will be able to see any points gained on the app! And once you have enough points you will be able to convert them to either Amazon vouchers of Stone Zone vouchers.
7. On the bottom panel of the app, there are some important tabs that you can look through:
My Card – This is the personalised, scannable QR code. Underneath you will also have your card number and pin.
My Points – You will be able to see how many points you have accumulated and your transactions
About – Information about this app and Stone Zone
Map – Once you put in an address the map will show you how far you are to the closest depot
Locations – Information and address of all 3 of our depots
Messages – All notices and messages we want to send you will be saved here.
8. Please be aware that if you choose to convert your points to Stone Zone vouchers, they are only redeemable in store
9. If you have our app and have purchased something from our website, your points will be added to your account as soon as possible, but will not be instant. – Your points will be added to your account automatically as long as you have used the same email for the app and the online purchase
10. You are now ready to use your app and start gaining points!
