#1 Scottish Pebbles

Their stunning blend of warm, earthy tones — including mid-browns, brick reds, golds, and soft peach hues — creates a truly eye-catching effect. These colours become even more vibrant when the stones are wet, revealing a rich, deep palette that brings any outdoor space to life.

Popular Uses

  • Pond surrounds
  • Front garden feature

This premium granite is naturally sea-worn and smoothly rounded, sourced straight from the Scottish Highlands. Its local origin makes it a more eco-friendly choice, as it hasn’t been imported from overseas. Plus, it’s fish-friendly — ideal for enhancing ponds and other water features.

These pebbles are available in many different sizes (including cobbles): 8-14mm, 14-20mm, 20-30mm, 30-50mm, 50-80mm and 80-120mm. The most popular sizes are 20-30mm and 30-50mm, which make a great addition to a water feature or pond.

#2 Plum Slate

Plum Slate is another one of our top-selling decorative stones, favoured by both homeowners and landscapers. Its rich, deep purple hue is a big part of its appeal. When dry, it shows a soft lilac tone, but once wet, it transforms into a striking dark grape shade — adding real depth and character to any outdoor space.

Popular Uses

  • Garden borders around paving/turf
  • Plant toppers
  • Water features

This natural slate features a flat, angular shape with a rustic finish, giving it a beautifully authentic look. Quarried in North Wales, it’s an eco-friendlier option thanks to its shorter delivery distance. It’s also fish-friendly and lime-free, making it a safe and sustainable choice for ponds and water features. Plus, it's made from recycled materials — a win for both your garden and the environment.

Our slate range also comes in blue, green and black colours, which go through the same transformation process when wet. Two different sizes are available: 20mm and 40mm

  • Garden borders around paving
  • Front/back garden feature

Black Ice Chippings are a striking blend of angular basalt and marble, offering a bold mix of natural black and white tones. Ideal for those who appreciate a minimalist, monochromatic aesthetic, Black Ice Chippings bring a modern edge to any outdoor space.
