Rectified Porcelain Paving

80% of our Porcelain Paving is rectified, this means it has been produced and cut to very precise measurements. During the production process, the moulds are slightly larger to then enable the diamond saw to cut it down to the exact size.

  • Perfect for intricate laying patterns
  • More flexibility in the grout consistency and width

Vitrified Porcelain Paving

Over 80% of our Porcelain is also vitrified. This is also to do with the production process; made from high quality, pure clays and minerals such as Quartz, this is fired at 1200 degrees Celsius which guarantees high durability, with very little absorption, sometimes compared to as 'glass-like'. 

Benefits of Vitrfied Paving:

  • Non-porous and therefore weatherproof (almost water-proof)
  • Resistant to mould, moss and frost
  • Non-Slip & Pool-safe (R11 skid-value)

Introduced in 2019, Spectrum are a Porcelain Tile supplier for both indoor and outdoor use.
